Jennifer Mckinnon is the Founder of the Onyx Group of New York, a real estate advisory firm, where she is responsible for managing client relationships, lead generation, capital raising and new development marketing. Prior to forming Onyx, Ms. McKinnon joined the Real Estate Investment Banking Group of Savills where she marketed investment sales opportunities valued at over $5 billion across a range of asset classes. In Washington, DC, Ms. McKinnon was also formerly the Head of the Financial Consulting Group for CBRE where she managed the underwriting for investment sales, leasing, sale-lease back and buyout transactions valued at over $20 billion.
Ms. McKinnon started her career in the Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure Investment Banking Group of Merrill Lynch in New York and the Tenant Representation Group of JLL in Washington, DC.
Ms. McKinnon holds a B.A. in architecture and economics from Wellesley College with all of her architecture design work completed at M.I.T.
